Printing an ad hoc report

In an on-premises environment, you can print an ad hoc report after running it. The print functionality is not available in multi-tenant environments.

Infor Public Sector uses either a Crystal report or an XSL style sheet to convert the data in the Report Output grid to a printable format. The conversion method is defined using the Global Settings node of the Reports Manager. An option must be selected in the Reports Manager before you can print ad hoc reports.

  1. Select Resources > Ad Hoc Reporting.
  2. In the Ad Hoc Reporting tree, browse to the report that you want to print.
  3. Run the report.

  4. Click Print Report.
    Infor Public Sector shows a preview of the report in the Print Report window.
    Note: The Print Report button is not shown in multi-tenant sites.
  5. Use the Print button in the Print Report window to send the report to the printer.
