Asset inspection scheduling
If the Calendar-based Assignments feature is enabled, you can schedule asset inspections
by adding them to employees' calendars from the Inspection InfoViewer.
To schedule calendar-based assignments, you use an employee's calendar in an external application such as Microsoft Outlook or Google Calendar.
For more information, see "Calendar integration" under in the Infor Public Sector User and Administration Library.
If calendar-based assignments are enabled, the button next to the Assigned To field in the Inspection InfoViewer is used to access employees' calendars and schedule assignments.
If the Calendar-based Assignments feature is not enabled, the button is used to schedule the inspection from a resource pool or a usage group.
