Asset InfoViewer tabs

Tab Description
Location Used to record location information for the asset, such as its address and map coordinates.
Structural Used to record structural information for the asset. The type of information depends on the asset type.
Name Plate Used to record any information on the asset's name plate.
Associated Used to record miscellaneous information such as an asset's installation date and its service status. You can also use this tab to record and view safety messages for the asset.
Tires Used to record tire information for vehicles and equipment units.
Attachments Used to add attachments to an asset record.
Comments Used to record miscellaneous comments about the asset.
Associated Assets Used to record information on any other assets the current asset is associated with.

The InfoViewers for some asset types include additional tabs showing associated assets. For example, the Water Meter InfoViewer includes tabs showing the water backflows, valves, and other meters associated with the current meter.

Perf Indicators Used to add performance indicators to the asset, and to record performance readings.
Show GIS Information Shows the attributes for the current asset from your GIS. Select the Show GIS Info check box to display the GIS Info grid.
Log Used to add log entries to an asset record.
Note: The Log tab is displayed in all asset InfoViewers except the Roadway InfoViewer.
Life History Shows detailed historical information for the current asset.

Addresses Used to associated multiple addresses with a building.
Floors Used to record information on the floors within a building.
Rooms Used to record information on the rooms within a building.
Components Used to record information on individual components that make up a large asset.
In/Out Mains Shows information on the main assets for which the current asset serves as an endpoint. For example, a sewer manhole might serve as one end of a sewer main.
Critical Services Shows information about the critical services affected by a water main or service line.
