Asset inspection exchange templates
The inspection data that is exchanged for a specific inspection type is defined in an
inspection exchange template. The template defines what inspection data is exported or
imported and how that data is transformed.
Available templates are defined on the node in the AssetManagement configuration. Several standard templates are included.
Each template has these components:
- The export and import templates are XML files that define the data to be exported and imported.
- Export and import transform files use XSLT to convert the Infor Public Sector data to and from the structure used by the Access database.
- The template database defines the structure of the Access database. The export process starts by copying the template to the specified location and then filling in the data.
The files for each of the standard templates are in the folder in the Infor Public Sector File Explorer.
