Portal

The access groups under Portal control access for Infor Rhythm for Civics. This table describes the access groups under Portal in the Permissions tree:

Access group	Description
Portal User	Controls the ability to create, update, and view portal users from the back office.
Setup	Controls the ability to specify which types of records are available in the portal. For example, if you are not granted this permission, then the Show in Portal and Is Public check boxes, and the Portal Description field, are not shown on pages such as Service Request Setup.
