Updating group projects in bulk

You can update the work orders associated with one or more group projects simultaneously using the Group Project lookup. You can record the same information for all of the work orders in the selected group projects, such as start and completion dates, the employee assigned to the work orders, the result of the work orders, and any linked service requests.

  1. Select Work Management > Work Order > Lookup Group Projects.
  2. Look up the group projects that you want to update.
  3. Select all the group projects whose work orders you want to update.
  4. Click Action and select Update Work Orders for Selected Items.
  5. Specify the information that you want to update.
  6. Click Save.
    Infor Public Sector shows a message that the work orders have been updated and updates all the work orders with the new information.
