Specifying a milestone task

After you define the tasks that make up a work order activity, you can specify at which milestone the task is performed.

  1. Select Work Management > Setup > Activity Workflow.
  2. In the Activities tree, browse to the tasks for the correct milestone.
    To locate an activity in the tree, you can type one or more keywords for the activity or its category in the Keyword field and click Search. Only the activities and categories that match your keywords are displayed in the tree.
  3. Click the Tasks node.
  4. Click Add above the grid.
    Infor Public Sector lists all the tasks defined for the activity.
  5. Select the task that you want to assign to the milestone.
  6. Click Select.
    Infor Public Sector adds the task to the milestone and shows it in the grid.
