Deleting an activity

Note: You can't delete an activity that has already been used to create work orders. You must first delete those work orders.
  1. Select Work Management > Setup > Activity Workflow.
  2. In the Activities tree, browse to the activity that you want to delete.
    To locate an activity in the tree, you can type one or more keywords for the activity or its category in the Keyword field and click Search. Only the activities and categories that match your keywords are displayed in the tree.
  3. Right-click the "Activity" node and select Delete Activity.
    Infor Public Sector deletes the activity from your list of activities and removes it from the Activities tree. If the activity is used by any existing work orders, Infor Public Sector shows a message telling you that the activity cannot be deleted. To delete the activity, you must first delete the work orders that use this activity.
