Adding a district to a parcel

  1. Load the parcel record you want into the Parcel InfoViewer.
  2. On the Districts tab, click Add above the grid.
  3. In the District Code field, specify the identification code for the district that the parcel is located in.
  4. Specify any other information about the district.
    You can type the number for any ordinance that relates to the district assignment, such as a city ordinance declaring a historic district, and indicate the dates that the district assignment is effective for the parcel. You can also indicate whether the district is included in the tax assessment of the parcel by selecting Yes or No from the Tax Assessment list.
  5. Click Save.
