Creating a parcel record

  1. Select Resources > Contact and Property Browser.
  2. Click Action and select Create Parcel.
  3. Enter an identification code for the parcel in the Parcel ID field.
  4. Enter any other information for the new parcel.
    You can use the Information tab to enter basic identifying information, such as the parcel type and size, and the Legal tab to enter information about the parcel owner and parcel description for use in legal documents, like deeds and deeds of trust. You can use the remaining tabs to add an address, associate a contact, add a district, record an easement, record a parcel's land use, record a log entry, record a notice, add a parent or child parcel, record zoning information, or add an attachment.
  5. Click Save.
    Infor Public Sector adds the parcel to your pool of parcel records, assigns it a version number of 1, indicates that the parcel has been created successfully, and provides the option of creating a similar parcel.
  6. Click Close to close the dialog box, or click Add a similar parcel to duplicate the new parcel.
