Activating budget numbers

After you've expired budget numbers, you can activate them if you want to start using them again.

  1. Select Resources > Budget > Budget Number Setup.
    Infor Public Sector shows a list of all existing budget numbers defined by your agency.
  2. To show expired budget numbers, select All or Expired from the Status list and click Search.
  3. In the Budget Numbers grid, select each budget number you want to activate.
  4. Click Action and select Activate Budget Number.
    Infor Public Sector activates each selected budget number. If you've selected Expired from the Status list, Infor Public Sector also removes the activated budget numbers from the grid. To see the active budget numbers, select All or Active from the Status list and click Search.
