Core enhancements

This update includes these enhancements in the Infor Public Sector core functionality.
  • Oracle 21c is now supported for use with Infor Public Sector.
  • When searching for records by address, such as when searching for service requests in Lookup Service Requests, you can specify a range of street numbers to search for.

  • The way document type permissions in Access Control are enforced has been updated. For each document type, you can assign permissions to add, delete, list, open, and update attachments.

    With this change, the Add permission for a document type is the only one that is enforced during the process of creating a new record such as an asset inspection or a service request. All permissions are enforced for attachments on existing records.

  • In the System Information page, the uptime is no longer shown in the General Information grid for multi-tenant sites.
