Reporting enhancements

This update includes these enhancements in the reporting functionality in Infor Public Sector.
  • There is a new option to generate IDM document output reports as Microsoft Word documents. Select DOCX from the Report Output list.

  • For IDM document output reports, the ability to use properties from detail pages as component list parameters has been extended to general reports.

    Use the Alternate Business Object column in the Component List Parameters grid to specify the agency business object for the detail page. The Alternate Business Object Parent Bind column specifies how the agency object is linked to the business object for the report.

  • The ad hoc reporting functionality has been updated so you can include full addresses in ad hoc reports. Use the Address.StringRepresentation property.
  • If the Route.RouteID property is included in an ad hoc report, the route ID is hyperlinked in the report output so users can open the route in the Route InfoViewer.
  • For IDM document output reports, the ability to use properties of detail pages as component list parameters has been extended to general reports. The Alternate Business Object and Alternate Business Object Parent Bind columns were previously available in the Component List Parameters grid only for IDM document output reports that are attached to specific pages, but not for general reports.
