Configuration data

This table describes the check boxes under Configuration Data on the Set Parameters screen of the Definition Manager:

Data Description
Configurations Transfers configurations. "Configuration" is used here as a generic term for setup records throughout Infor Public Sector.

Click Filter Configurations to select specific configurations to transfer. See below for more information about the configurations that you can select.

Roles Transfers access roles and the assignments of permission to those roles. Click Filter Roles to select specific roles to transfer.
Code Tables Transfers code tables, including both standard and agency-defined code tables. When you transfer standard code tables, only the code definitions in the tables are transferred. For agency-defined tables, both the table definitions and the codes are transferred.

Click Filter Code Tables to select specific tables to transfer.

Note: To transfer agency-defined code tables you must also select the Rebuild and Synchronize check box.
Content Manager Transfers changes to Infor Public Sector pages that you have made in the Content Manager.

By default, all revisions of your pages will be transferred. If you only want to transfer the most recent revisions, select the Move Latest Revision Only check box under Transfer Options.

Employees Transfers employee records and associated data such as qualifications and job classifications.
External Files Transfers external files such as ASCX files for agency detail pages and DLLs for agency business objects.
Filters Transfers data filters that have been defined in the Schema Manager.
Permissions Transfers access groups and permissions. This applies to permissions that are added automatically for agency configurations such as building application types, as well as agency-defined permissions that have been added manually in the Access Control form.
Note: Any permissions that are required for other configurations that you have selected to transfer are included automatically. For example, if you are transferring building application types, the associated permissions are included in the transfer.
Users Transfers Infor Public Sector users.
Workflow and Formulas Transfers formulas that you have defined in the Workflow Manager and in formula fields throughout Infor Public Sector.

By default, all revisions of your formulas will be transferred. If you only want to transfer the most recent revisions, select the Move Latest Revision Only check box under Transfer Options.

Agency Defined Tables Transfers agency tables and enumerations that have been defined in the Schema Manager.

Resources Transfers accounting periods, budget segment definitions, and budget numbers.
Agency Variables Transfers variables that you have defined in the Custom Variable Manager.
Asset Management Asset Analysis Transfers predictive curves and decision models for asset needs analysis.
Asset Management Building Transfers building inspection types and associated data such as indexes, observations, and detail pages.
Asset Management Fleet Transfers inspection types for all Fleet asset types, including associated data such as indexes, observations, and detail pages.
Asset Management Generic Asset Transfers agency-defined asset types.

Asset Management Industrial Waste Transfers inspection types for all Industrial Waste asset types, including associated data such as indexes, observations, and detail pages.

Cashiering Transfers setup records for the Cashiering module, such as merchant accounts, register groups, and cash registers.
CDR Billing Transfers bill types for CDR Billing.
CDR Building Transfers building application types and associated data such as milestones, review types, inspection types, and detail pages.
CDR Building Filter Codes Transfers filter codes that you have defined in the Filter Code Setup page for Building Permits (BPFC).
CDR Business License Transfers license types and associated data such as milestones, review types, inspection types, endorsement types, and detail pages.
CDR Business License Filter Codes Transfers filter codes that you have defined in the Filter Code Setup page for Business License (LFC).
CDR Code Enforcement Transfers case types and associated data such as milestones, review types, hearing types, and detail pages.
CDR Case Filter Codes Transfers filter codes that you have defined in the Filter Code Setup page for Code Enforcement (CFC).
CDR Planning Transfers planning application types and associated data such as milestones, review types, inspection types, and detail pages.
CDR Planning Filter Codes Transfers filter codes that you have defined in the Filter Code Setup page for Planning (PLFC).
CDR Project Transfers project application types and associated data such as milestones, review types, inspection types, and detail pages.
CDR Project Filter Codes Transfers filter codes that you have defined in the Filter Code Setup page for Project (PFC).
CDR Trade License Transfers trade license types and associated data such as milestones, review types, condition types, and detail pages.
CDR Trade License Filter Codes Transfers filter codes that you have defined in the Filter Code Setup page for Trade License (TFC).
CDR Use Transfers use application types and associated data such as milestones, review types, inspection types, and detail pages.
CDR Use Filter Codes Transfers filter codes that you have defined in the Filter Code Setup page for Use Permits (UFC).
CDR Transfers valuation setups, system setups, and fee types for all CDR modules. If you aren't using CDR Billing, this will also transfer CDR journal setups.
Core Keyword Transfers keywords and rules that you have defined in the Keyword Manager.
Core Filter Code Transfers core filter codes that you have defined in the Filter Code Setup page (SFCS).
Core Reporting Reports Transfers ad hoc reports.
Core Transfers correspondence process setups, user exceptions, and IPS providers that you have defined in EDM Setup.
CRM Transfers service request types and associated data such as impacts, severities, and detail pages.
Incident Transfers incident types.
Meter Management Water Transfers meter route setups, reading review setups, and meter service statuses.
Work Management Transfers activity workflows and associated data such as milestones and tasks. Also transfers standard work orders and global work order detail pages.
