Using IDM document output reports in Batch Manager tasks

If you want to use an IDM document output report in a Batch Manager task, you must specify the account that will be used to access Infor Document Management. For example, you might use an IDM document output report for correspondence output in a Correspondence Schedule task.

To specify this account, select the ATTACHMENTS node in the Hansen8 configuration and add the IDM Execution Account attribute. This must specify the Infor Federation Services ID associated with the user's Ming.le account. In Infor Public Sector this ID is shown in the Windows Name field in the User InfoViewer.
