IDM document output reports

An IDM document output report uses Infor Document Management's output functionality to generate a PDF or Microsoft Word document and display it in Infor Public Sector. You can also send an IDM document output report in the body of an email.

The report uses a Word document as a template, which in turn uses an XML file to format the data that is extracted from the Infor Public Sector database. To add an IDM document output report you must create the XML file and the template, and you must upload the template in Infor Document Management.

You must also enter the connection settings for your IDM site in the global report settings.
