Updating object schemas
When you publish data bundles to the Data Lake, each table's object schema is added to
the Data Catalog in ION Desk. The object schema specifies the table's metadata. If you change
a table definition in Infor Public Sector, you can use the Data Bundle
Setup page to update the schema in the Data Catalog as well.
For example, if you add a column to an agency table, you can then update the table's object schema in the Data Catalog to include the new column. You can update all tables in a data bundle simultaneously, or you can update tables one at a time.
To update all object schemas for a data bundle, right-click the node for the data bundle in the Data Bundles tree and select Update Object Schema.
To update the schema for a selected table, click the node for the data bundle that it belongs to. Select the table in the Selected Tables grid and click .
