Vendor catalog
The vendor catalog is a list of the vendor numbers for the parts that your agency
stocks. You use the catalog to cross-reference the parts in your agency's inventory with the
part information provided by the vendor.
A vendor catalog record can consist of the vendor's number and description of the part, warranty, discount, and purchasing information, and a list of the manufacturers who produce the part. You can cross-reference a part in your inventory with multiple vendors.
