Viewing pending changes

Pending changes are changes that you've made to your work records on the local device while the mobile app is not connected to the server. You can use the Synchronize command on the mobile app's menu to view a list of pending changes.

  1. In the mobile app, select Synchronize from the menu.
  2. Tap the X Changed Records link.
    The app shows the Pending Change Logs form, which lists all pending changes on the local device. If a connection is available, you can use the Action button to synchronize your pending changes to the server. You can also purge the pending changes and local work records from the device.
  3. Tap any record in the Record Id column to view details of the changes that were made.
    The Synchronization Log popup shows details for the selected record.
