Recording inspection results After you complete a service request inspection you can use the mobile app to record the inspection results. Load the service request for which you are recording results in the service request viewer. Tap the Record Results button. Specify this information: Record Result Make sure this check box is selected. Start Date Specify the date and time you started the inspection. Inspected Date Specify the date and time you completed the inspection. The app automatically enters the current data and time. Re-Inspect Select this check box if another inspection is required. You can also enter a responsibility code for the re-inspection. Resolve If you don't want to resolve the service request, clear this check box. Click Save.
