Resolving a service request

When a service request is complete, you can use the mobile app to resolve it.

  1. Load the service request that you want to resolve in the service request viewer.
  2. Tap the Record Results button.
  3. Specify this information:
    Resolve
    Make sure this check box is selected.
    Resolution
    Specify the resolution code for the service request. This indicates the steps that were taken to resolve the request.
    Resolved Date
    Enter the date and time you resolved the service request. The app automatically enters the current data and time.
  4. Click Save.
