Check TO-DO List

Check TO-DO List is designed to help Customer Service personnel manage their workloads. It shows a list of service requests that are assigned to you so that you can perform actions such as recording inspection results and resolving requests.

When first opened, Check TO-DO List shows a list of service requests that are assigned to the logged-in user. Specifically, the requests are assigned to the employee ID associated with the user ID. You can also look up requests that are assigned to other employees, or that aren't assigned.
