Infor Public Sector shows the service request number and a message telling you that the service request was created successfully. You can click the Request # link to open the request in the Service Request InfoViewer. Infor Public Sector also shows four links that you can use to create a new blank service request; a new request with the same caller; a new request with the same caller and location; or a new request with all of the same information.

You can click the Action button and select Schedule Inspection to schedule an inspection for the service request. If your agency has purchased Code Enforcement, you can also use the Action button to create a new case based on the service request.
