Creating common rules

  1. Select System > Agency Personalization > Keyword Manager.
  2. Under Rules, select a category node under the Common node.

    Each common rule must be placed in a category. You can add a new category by right-clicking on the Common node and selecting Add Category.

    Infor Public Sector shows the available methods for the selected node in a tree to the right of the Rules tree.

  3. In the Available Methods tree, browse to the methods for which you want to create rules.
  4. Select the check box for each method that you want to use.
  5. Click the Create Rules link to the right of the tree.
    Infor Public Sector creates a rule for each method that you selected and adds it to the Rules tree.
