Changing application information

You can use the Application InfoViewer to update the information in an application, such as the application status and milestone or the primary site. If you're using the Summary tab, you can use the links in the Quick Links panel to make these changes. You can also use the Action button.

  • Select Change Job Description to update the job description. The job description includes basic information such as the square footage and declared valuation of a proposed construction.
  • Select Change Sites to change the primary site, or to add associated sites. You can also use this option to change the application's type.
  • Select Change Applicants to change the applicants associated with the application.
  • Select Change Status and Milestone to change an application's status or the current milestone.
    Note: Infor Public Sector generates a status log entry every time you click Save in the Change Application Status/Milestone screen, whether you've made a change or not.
