Defining a model home characteristic

Model home characteristics are features of a model home that can be used to assess fees, inspections, reviews, and other requirements on a project or building application, such as the square footage of a heated area, the square footage of an unfinished area, or the number of fireplaces. Characteristics are defined as part of a model home characteristic group.
