Recording a problem in a review

You can use Record Review Results or the Review InfoViewer to record any problems you discovered while conducting a review, such as code violations. You can record problems individually or in bulk.

  1. Begin to record review results, or load a review in the InfoViewer.
  2. On the Problems tab, click Add above the grid.
    A dialog box is displayed. The Code Violation Lookup Result grid shows all available problems for this application type, and the Recorded fields show the current date and time.
  3. Under Code Violation Lookup Result, select all the problems that you want to assign to this review.
  4. Specify your employee ID in the Recorded By field.
  5. Provide any other information about the problem.
    You can change the date the problems were discovered, add comments, and specify a number in the Recorded Version number field to indicate which plans contained the problem.
  6. Click Save.
