Changing plan checkout information

When you select a plan copy that is currently checked out in the Plan Copies grid, Infor Public Sector activates the appropriate In and Change links above the grid. For example, if a copy was checked out by an outsource, Infor Public Sector activates the Outsource links. You can use the In link to check the copy in, or use the Change link to change the checkout information without checking in the copy.

When you click Change, Infor Public Sector shows the Change Plan Copy dialog box. You can edit the ID of the applicant, outsource, or reviewer who checked out the copy, the checkout date and time, the location, and the associated comments. After you've made your changes, click Save.
