Editing plan copy information

You can edit the copy ID, copy type, version, and location of a single plan copy at time, or you can select multiple copies and update this information in bulk. You can also use Lookup Plan Copies on the CDR Common menu to update one or more copies' locations.

  1. Look up the correct application in Plan Tracking, or open the application in the InfoViewer and select the Reviews tab.
  2. Select each plan copy you want to edit in the Plan Copies grid.
    When you select the first copy, Infor Public Sector enables the Edit Copies and Locations link above the grid.
  3. Click Edit Copies and Locations.
  4. In the Edit Plan Copy dialog box, select the check box for each piece of information you want to edit.
    You can edit the copy ID, the version number, the copy type, and the location. If you change the location, Infor Public Sector also requires you to enter the time the copies were moved to the new location in the Location Date/Time field. Infor Public Sector will only update the information for the check boxes you select. If you select a check box but don't enter anything in the corresponding field, Infor Public Sector will delete the information in that field.
  5. Enter the updated information in the fields next to the check boxes that you selected.
  6. Click Save.
