Adding associated sites to a license

Associated sites are addresses, parcels, properties, or assets that are related to the license in some way. For example, an application for a liquor license might list the neighboring businesses as associated sites because they might be affected by the liquor license.

  1. Load the license you want in the License InfoViewer.
  2. Locate the Associated Sites grid.
    Click Action and select Change Site. Or, on the Sites tab, under Associated Sites, enable editing in the grid and click Add.
  3. Click Add above the grid.
  4. Select Address, Asset, Parcel, or Property from the Site Type list.
  5. Specify the site ID in the appropriate field or fields.
  6. Click Select.
    Infor Public Sector associates the site with the license and shows it in the grid.
  7. To add additional sites, repeat steps 3 through 6.
  8. If you're using the Change Site dialog box, click Save.
    All sites that you added are displayed under Associated Sites on the Sites tab.
