Recording review results

This topic explains how to record the results of reviews using the Record Review Results form. You can also record results in the Review InfoViewer by clicking the Action button and selecting Record Result.

  1. Select [CDR module] > Review > Record Review Results.
  2. Look up the reviews for which you want to record results.
By default your employee ID is displayed in the Reviewer field so that you can look up reviews that are assigned to you. You can also look up reviews assigned to a different reviewer, or you can search by group name.
  3. Select one or more reviews in the grid and click Record Result.
  4. Specify the review result code in the Result field.
Note: If you selected multiple reviews of the same type, the popup for the Result field only shows the result codes that are valid for that review type. If you selected multiple reviews of different types, the popup shows all result codes. The result that you enter will not be applied to any reviews for which it is not valid.
  5. Specify any other information that you want to record.
You can specify the date and time you began and finished your review, and the actual time it took to complete the review.

If you're recording results for a single review, you can enter additional information on the tabs. Depending on the type of review, you can record problems found during the review, resolve problems, record log entries, add conditions, approve conditions, add attachments, record application details, and record review details.

  6. Click Save.
If you entered a result code that requires a re-review, Infor Public Sector shows a dialog box asking for the information it requires to create the re-review. Enter the appropriate information and click OK. Infor Public Sector also attempts to advance the application through its permitting process. If your agency charges an at cost fee for this review type, Infor Public Sector also charges a fee to the application based on the duration.
