Changing case information

You can use the Case InfoViewer to update the information in a case, such as the case status and milestone or the primary site. If you're using the Summary tab, you can use the links in the Quick Links panel to make these changes. You can also use the Action button.

  • Select Change Case Information to update basic information such as the case name and the description of the case.
  • Select Change Sites to change the primary site, or to add associated sites. You can also use this option to change the case's type.
  • Select Change Contacts to change the contacts associated with the case.
  • Select Change Status and Milestone to change a case's status or the current milestone.
    Note: Infor Public Sector generates a status log entry every time you click Save in the Change Case Status/Milestone screen, whether you've made a change or not.
