Resolving a case

To resolve a case specify specify a resolution code in the case's Resolution Code field. Depending on the case type, Infor Public Sector may automatically assign a resolution code to a case when it reaches a certain milestone.

  1. Load the case you want in the Case InfoViewer.
  2. Click Action and select Change Case Information.
  3. Specify a resolution code in the Resolution Code field.
  4. Click Save.
