Review types

Each review type is defined for a specific case type. The review can then be automatically added to all cases of a particular type or be added to specific cases based on criteria that you define.

You use the Reviews node in the Case Types tree to define each review type that might be required for a case type. You can define when Infor Public Sector will automatically add the review to a case by associating a milestone with it. You can also write a formula that determines whether to add the review and define status checks that determine whether to halt the code enforcement process based on the results of a review.
