Changing a planning condition status

Each planning condition typically has its starting status defined for it and may have an auto status formula that calculates the condition's status. You can also manually change a planning condition's status to reflect changes, such as indicating that a planning condition has been deferred or removed. The statuses that are available to a planning condition depend on its current status and the allowable statuses that your agency defined for it.

  1. Look up the application with the planning conditions whose status you want to change.
  2. Select one or more applications in the Lookup Results grid.
  3. Click Action and select Change Planning Condition Status.
  4. Select the planning condition whose status you want to change.
You can select more than one planning condition to change multiple statuses simultaneously.
  5. Click Change Status of Selected Conditions.
  6. Specify the new status in the Status field.
If the status doesn’t exist in your records, you may be able to define a new planning condition status using the Status popup.
  7. Click OK.
Infor Public Sector updates the status for each planning condition on the selected application and its children if the new status is set up as the next allowable status.
