Performing a no sale transaction
The Infor Public Sector Cash Register has a button in case you must perform a "no sale" transaction. For example, if a customer wants to make change or you forgot to give change to a customer you must re-open the cash drawer. Clicking opens the cash drawer and creates a "no sale" register transaction record.
