Supported devices

Generally, the Infor device control should support any POS device that follows the UPOS standard. The one known exception is that Epson USB printers are not currently supported if you're using a VMWare virtual machine for your cash register.

See http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=2055236.

However, Infor can only certify the devices that Infor QAQC has tested. The certified devices are listed below, but the certified models are not the only ones that will work. If a device is not certified, it means that Infor has not tested the device, and cannot guarantee that it will work.
Device Supported models
Card reader (MSR Device) Cherry MSR keyboards, SPOS series (G86-XXXXX)
Check reader (MICR Device) Epson TM-H6000III
Printer Epson TM-H6000III
Printer Epson TM-T88V (COM or USB port)
Cash drawer Any UPOS 1.8 or greater device that interfaces through the Epson TM-H6000III or Epson TM-T88V printer.
Line display Epson DM-D110 (both Y and Path connection)
Payment terminal Because the Infor device control does not include a standard class for payment terminals, Infor has not certified any specific models. You must create your own payment terminal class using the IPaymentTerminal interface. Your class can be tailored to the payment terminal that you are using.
