Configuring the jobs list

The Jobs List tab in Call Center shows a list of service requests and work orders within a specified distance of the specified address.

Note: For regions outside the US, you may also need to modify the Jobs List grid in the Content Manager. The grid columns must be bound to the properties in the jobs list search results, which will vary depending on the region. For example, you may need to change the bindings for the address properties.
  1. Select Customer Service > Setup > Call Center Admin.
  2. Select the Search tab.
  3. Specify this information:
    Job List search radius
    Specify the radius within which you want Infor Public Sector to search for service requests and work orders.
    Amount of time jobs should appear in list (days)
    Specify the number of days service requests and work orders will remain in the jobs list after they're resolved or closed. The list always includes all open service requests and work orders.
  4. In the Excluded Request Types grid, add the service request types that you want to exclude from the jobs list.
