Rearranging script nodes

When you configure a script, Infor Public Sector saves the information to the CallCentre configuration in the Configuration Editor. If you want to change the order of your script nodes, you can use the configuration to rearrange them.

The nodes be displayed under the SCRIPTNODES element in the CallCentre configuration, following the same structure as in Call Center Admin. You can right-click a node and select Move Node Up or Move Node Down to change the order. You can also copy and paste nodes. After you save your changes, the nodes are displayed in the new order in Call Center Admin.
