Service check

Call Center has the ability to indicate whether a selected address has a water or sewer service line. This feature is not enabled by default, but if you want to use it you can use the Content Manager to add two check boxes to the Problem tab. When you specify an address, the Water Service Available check box will be selected if there is a water service line at the address, and the Sewer Service Available check box will be selected if there is a sewer service line at the address.

To add these check boxes, edit the Problem Details Panel in the Content Manager (Citizen Relationship Management > Call Center > Call Center > Main Page > Tab Pane Items > Problem Details Panel). To use the service line search, you must assign the right ID to the check box: CB_Water for water service lines and CB_Sewer for sewer service lines.
