Associating accounts with an aggregate master account

  1. Load the master account in the Manage Account page.
  2. Click Manage Sub Accounts in the Sub Accounts panel on the Summary tab.
  3. Click Add above the Sub Accounts grid.
    The Eligible Accounts dialog box shows a list of accounts of the correct type that have the same responsible party as the master account. The account type of the sub accounts depends on the aggregate account type.
  4. Select the accounts that you want to add as sub accounts.
  5. Click Select.
    The sub accounts are shown in the Sub Accounts grid. To remove sub accounts from a master account, select them in the Sub Accounts grid and click Delete. This sets the expire date for the association to the current date.
  6. Set the pay order for the aggregate accounts.
