Applying deposits

  1. Select Billing > Manage Account.
  2. Load the account you want.
  3. On the Maintenance tab, under Transactions, click Apply Deposits.
    The Apply Deposits link is only displayed if the account has available deposits. This link can also be displayed in the Quick Links panel on the Summary tab.
  4. In the grid in the Apply Deposit dialog box, select each deposit that you want to apply.
  5. Click Save.
