Receive Payment
You can use the Receive Payment tool to record bill payments received from customers.
Each payment is entered into a payment batch for tracking until it is posted, meaning it is applied to bill line items for a specific account. Depending on the batch, the payment will either post right away or be added to the batch to post later on. You can only enter new payments into batches that haven’t yet been posted.
