Viewing attachments
If attachments are stored in an EDM provider other than an IPS provider,
Infor Public Sector may not load them when an grid is first displayed. This depends on
whether the EDM provider is configured to load attachments automatically.
If attachments are not loaded automatically, you must load them yourself. To load attachments, click above the grid.
Click the View link in the Document Information column of the grid to see more information about an attachment. You can also edit the title and description of the attachment, or any of the document attributes.
If you're using an EDM provider other than an IPS provider, the same attachment might appear more than once in the Attachments grid. This will occur if you have more than one provider set up for the same EDM system. Each attachment that is stored in the EDM system will appear once for each provider.
