Basic navigation

This section explains how to navigate in the Infor Public Sector user interface.

The menu bar at the top of the interface gives you access to the modules your agency has purchased. Each menu includes several subsections and menu items that open specific forms. Multiple forms can be open simultaneously; use the tabs to switch back and forth between forms.

Each form is a screen within the software that interacts with your agency's records. Forms contain fields and other elements like check boxes and buttons that are used to create new records and view and modify existing records. For example, use the Lookup Employees form to enter search criteria into fields, submit a search request by clicking a button, and view employee records that match your search criteria.
