Recording asset held for sale details

If your agency has sold an asset but you want to keep a valuation record, you can use the Held for Sale Details fields to record sale information. You can also record held for sale details while creating an asset valuation record.

  1. Load the valuation you want into the Asset Valuation InfoViewer.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. On the Held for Sale tab, specify the sale date for the asset in the Held for Sale Date field.
  4. Type any information about the asset's sale in the Held for Sale Description field.
  5. Click Update.
