SRCEOBSATTACH table
Used to import new attachments for observation records. The attachment records are
added to the SEGATTCHMTINSPOBS table
(
Hansen.AssetManagement.Street.SEGInspectionObsAttachment
object).

that each column in the SRCEOBSATTACH table maps to.
