Adding cost items to a life cycle analysis scenario

When you add a cost group to a scenario, Infor Public Sector adds all of the cost items associated with the cost group template that you select. You can add additional cost items to the cost group manually.

  1. Open a life cycle analysis in the Life Cycle Analysis InfoViewer.
  2. In the Scenarios grid, click a scenario name in the Name column to open the scenario in the Scenario InfoViewer.
  3. In the Cost Groups grid, click a cost group name in the Name column to open the cost group. The cost group opens in the Cost Group InfoViewer.
  4. On the Projected Costs tab, click Add above the Cost Items grid.
  5. Specify a name for the cost item in the Item Name field.
  6. Click Save.
    The item is displayed in the Cost Items grid on the Projected Costs tab and on the Actual Costs tab.
