Asset Agency Defined

License for agency-defined asset types. The base Asset Management license is also required.

Functionality

Items under Setup on the Asset Management menu (Create Asset Type, Lookup Asset Type)
Ability to use agency-defined asset types throughout the system

Note: Users who don’t have the Asset Agency Defined license can look up and view configured assets, but cannot modify them. Similarly, users without this license can create work orders for configured assets, but cannot modify the assets through the work orders, such as by entering resource costs or total usage.
