AGENCY node

The AGENCY node in the Hansen8 configuration defines the name and ID of the agency using Infor Public Sector. The AGENCY node has these attributes:

Attribute Description
Agency Id Infor-assigned identification code for the agency.
Agency Name Name of the agency.
Allow License File Upload Indicates whether a downloaded license file can be used to update licenses in the Apply License Changes form.
CTT Override File Restrictions Secret Code that gives the Configuration Transfer tool access to update files in the destination environment. This can be any value you choose, but the values in the source and destination sites must match.
Encryption KeyUnique agency encryption key. The encryption key is a random value that is set automatically on installation.
Note: You can use the Configuration Editor application on the server to change your agency's encryption key. Use caution when changing the encryption key, because it will make encrypted data unavailable.
Include License Summary Server Changes Indicates whether the Apply License Changes form will display the complete list of pending license changes.

The AGENCY node has one child CONCURRENTLICENSE node. Use this to enable the concurrent license count feature, which enforces a maximum number of concurrent user licenses. This is for on-premises sites that use the concurrent user licensing model. Concurrent license counts are set in the Server License form.

The CONCURRENTLICENSE node has these attributes:

Attribute Description
Enabled Indicates whether concurrent license checking is enabled.
Message Message to display in Infor Public Sector when all licenses are in use.
Severity Level The severity level indicates whether additional users can sign in when all licenses are in use.
  • If you specify Warning, users will see a warning but they can still sign in. Not supported if you are using Infor Public Sector with single sign on.
  • If you specify Error, a new user cannot sign in until a current user signs out.
